Gallery Manager
Designed around how galleries actually work.
The gallery looks professional. The operation should be too.
Behind a refined public presentation, many galleries still run on scattered spreadsheets, email threads and disconnected tools. Gallery Manager brings these threads together – so the way a gallery works internally matches the impression it makes outside.
LIVE IN GALLERY OPERATIONS
One system behind the gallery.
One consistent experience in front of it.
Gallery Manager is fully integrated into the operations and digital presence of Galerie Gleis4. Artists, artworks, collectors, inquiries, documents and reporting are managed centrally and connected seamlessly with the public website.
Visitors experience Galerie Gleis4 — not an external software provider.

LIVE IN THE GALLERY
The gallery remains the gallery.
Discover artists, experience works and turn interest into enquiry — entirely within the gallery’s own identity. Gallery Manager stays in the background.
THE GALLERY
The gallery remains the visible brand.
The public presence belongs entirely to the gallery — in name, design and impact.
DISCOVER ARTISTS
A digital salon.
Not a technical database.
Artists are presented in a digital salon — calm, curated and true to the brand.
UNDERSTAND THE ARTIST
Biography, position and work
in one environment.
Biography, position and works appear within a consistent gallery environment.
DISCOVER ARTWORKS
Artworks, clear and
collector-focused.
Available works are presented clearly, beautifully and with collectors in mind.
THE SINGLE ARTWORK
One artwork, shown in the
gallery’s identity.
Artwork, artist and relevant details are shown within the visual identity of the gallery.
MANAGED ONCE
What collectors see is
simply managed behind the scenes.
Artist data, biographies, artworks and artwork details are managed centrally. Gallery Manager connects the gallery’s daily work directly with its public presentation — without duplicate data entry and without a visible system break.
Internal artist management — the same artists as in the public view.
Internal artwork management — connected to the public artwork presentation.
FOR EVERY SCREEN
On mobile, the gallery
remains a gallery.
Artists, biographies and artworks are presented clearly, beautifully and on-brand on smartphones too.
The complexity lives in the system. Not in the interface.
Gallery Manager handles considerable operational depth, yet stays calm and intuitive to use. Everyday tasks feel simple, while the structure underneath keeps everything connected and reliable.
More than administration. A presentation layer designed for galleries.
Gallery Manager connects gallery operations with the gallery’s public presentation. Artists and artworks can be shown in a visually refined environment that fits naturally into the gallery’s own identity. Visitors can move from the artist overview to an individual artist page with biography, further information and available artworks.

Your collectors see your gallery. Not our software.
Gallery Manager runs entirely under the name, logo and design of your gallery. What your collectors and visitors experience is your identity – the technology stays in the background.
Developed from within the art world.
Gallery Manager was developed under the direction of Konrad F. Breznik, former COO and Executive Director of Hauser & Wirth and co-founder of the Galerie Gleis4. It is shaped by direct experience of how galleries actually operate.
Built from inside gallery operations.
The experience behind Gallery Manager comes from the people who build it. Melanie Breznik contributes her CFO, organisational and HR perspective from almost twenty years of financial responsibility and the daily management of Galerie Gleis4; Konrad F. Breznik his international operational, transformation and digitalisation experience. Gallery Manager grew out of these real competencies — not from a generic software template.
